It involved twenty five pull ups, fifty deadlifts with 130 pounds, fifty push-ups, fifty two-foot boxed jumpers, fifty floored wipes, fifty KB cleaning presses, and then twenty five pull ups.Certainly, the 300 was hard, although my 500 repetition challege is even better, but you might not want to try it unless you’re already fit. Here’s how it goes:Prison squatting, 50 repetitions.
Push ups: fifty.
Jumping: twenty five.
Stability sphere curl for the leg, 25.
Balance-ball jack knives: 50.
Stepping up: twenty five on each side.
Pullups, 25. You can’t trade them for something else.
Forward Lunges, 25. 25 per both sides.
Clenched fist pushup, 50.
Inverse rowing: fifty.
Squatting: fifty.
Chin ups: twenty five. Don’t trade these out!
With all that done, you will see that you get a good workout, especially with all those pulls. Don’t worry though, once you complete all this you are going to feel juiced. Besides, you will get rapid weight loss.
